Tips for those considering buying here?

If you like 70 degree weather most of the year with access to the ocean, beaches, mountains and entertainment, this is the perfect place to live. Some of the highlights of Ventura are the Art Walks, Earth Day Celebration, Surf contests, Fair Parade, Pumpkin patch, and Fireworks. We have great schools, resturants, and most of all people.

Who's at home (dog, cat, spouse, kids, roommate)?

My son Malcolm, and two dogs Lola and Miles.

Where are we likely to find you, say 4:00 tomorrow afternoon?

either at the soccer field or track meet with my son.

What else should we know?
